Board Changes Management Company

The Board of Directors of HOA 3 has hired Alsop Property Management to serve as the community's Management company.  Prior to our use of TDR Property Management for the past year, we employed Alsop.  We have returned to Alsop and look forward to a mutually beneficial working relationship.  The CAM (Community Association Manager) assigned to our community is Melissa Keating.

Board Raises Dues

The Board of Directors was suddenly faced last month with the need to find a new Management company. Unfortunately, all of the bids reviewed had costs higher than TDR.  At $30,900 annually, there was no room for the higher costs associated with new management expenses.  Additionally, we have had to dip into our bank account for each of the last three years.  Consequently, it was felt that is time to raise the annual dues for HOA3.  Our Covenants permit raising dues by 5% without a vote by the membership.  The Board felt that considering inflation, and new costs, it was past time to raise dues.  The new annual dues amount will be $315.00, a raise of $15 since the dues were originally set in 2002.  We regret the need for this measure, but without slightly higher dues we will continue having to dip into our reserves.

Board of Directors Meetings

The next Board of Directors meeting of HOA 3 will be at 5:00 PM on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at the Pool.
