Architectural review committee submission

Any and all modifications to your property must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for approval PRIOR to any work or modification being constructed on your property. Please allow two to four weeks for complete processing, especially if it is a large project. Your application must be signed. 

Please include a complete description and/or drawings showing the dimensions, style, type of materials being used, including colors, etc. (The more information you can provide will help to expedite your application.) 

Please attach a copy of a boundary survey showing the location of the improvements in relation to other structures, fences, etc. with lot lines marked. 

NOTE: Homeowner must provide government permit numbers to ARC within 30 days of this application being approved. Failure could result in revocation of approval.
